A commercial project, Manly Concrete was hired to undertake concrete place and finish works located at 242 New Cleveland Road, Tingalpa in 2011. These works included 182m² of coloured concrete with a polished finish on the internal walkways and 150m² of coloured polished concrete on the external fascia. This project won the Master Concreters Safety, Innovation and Sustainability Award in 2015.
